Returns
You can return an item to us within 28 days of purchase and be given a full refund. The item must be in the original packaging, within date and in an unused state. If an item is faulty we will replace or refund according to your wishes.
Animed Direct Limited will only accept returns and refunds for items purchased at Animeddirect.co.uk.
Legislation prevents us from accepting returns of prescription medication.
To request a return please e-mail us at support@animeddirect.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return request.We will then issue a returns number.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment (and a prescription if required). If we cannot do so within 3 working days we will contact you by email. However, please note that delivery is by either Royal Mail, or Courier and delays can occur beyond our control. Card payments are automatically processed at the time of the order.
