Warning:
Propalin should not be used to treat behavioural causes of inappropriate urination. Propalin can affect blood pressure and heart rate, so care should be taken in animals with cardiovascular disease. It should not be given to dogs treated with non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Propalin syrup is usually given to dogs 3 times a day in food, at a recommended dose of 0.1 ml per 5 kg body weight.
