If you are ordering products with a legal type category of NFA-VPS or POM-VPS, POM-V (Prescription Medication) you will be prompted to register your pet's details OR select a pre-existing pet during the checkout process. 

Step 1: To register a new animal, click the ‘+ Register a new animal’ button

Ensure you tick the boxes at the bottom of the page and click ‘Next’ to continue.

Step 2: Enter the details for your animal using the on-screen form and select ‘Submit’

Step 3: Select the tick box for your registered pet and confirm the details as shown below. Click the ‘Confirm’ button.
