How to set up a scheduled order

We know there are some products your pet cannot be without. To make it easy to keep your pet’s essentials on hand we have a service where you can schedule to receive the products your pet regularly needs. Whether it’s every 30 days or every 90 days and whatever the product, our Scheduled Order service does all of the work so you don’t have to.

Please note, to set up a scheduled order for prescription medication (POM-V classification) you will need to ensure you have a valid and in-date prescription. If you do not upload your prescription, your scheduled order will not be despatched.

To set up a scheduled order, please follow these simple steps.

Search for the product you want to set up your scheduled order for. The quickest way to do this is using our Brand A-Z or the Search Bar.

Once you are on the product page, look for the ‘Make this a scheduled order’ tick box

Tick the box and you will see the option to select how often you would like to receive the product.

Click the ‘Add to Basket’ button and continue your order as you usually would. Please note, the payment information you input for this order will be the payment information we use to process each scheduled order.

That’s it, the set up of your scheduled order is complete. You’ll receive your first product immediately and will continue to receive it thereafter based on your chosen frequency.

How to edit/pause or cancel a scheduled order

You can edit, pause or cancel your scheduled order at any time by following these simple steps:

Go to ‘My Account’ and ‘My Scheduled Orders’ and you will see four options:

Cancel

More Options

Review your order

Select the option you would like to complete and follow the on-screen steps.

Editing your scheduled order

If you are editing your scheduled order, you will see the option to change the frequency of your order, the date of your next run and the quantity. You can also amend the address details on your scheduled order. If you experience any issues whilst trying to edit your scheduled order then please contact our Customer Service team on 01379 640052.

To review the full details of your scheduled order, select the ‘More Details’ option.
