Dosage for Veloxa:
- 2.5-5kg: 1/2 tablet
- 5-10kg: 1 tablet
- 10-15kg: 1 1/2 tablets
- 15-20kg: 2 tablets
- 20-25kg: 2 1/2 tablets
- 25-30kg: 3 tablets
Dosage for Veloxa XL:
- 1.5kg: 1/2 tablet
- 17.5-35kg: 1 tablet
- 35-52.5kg: 1 1/2 tablets
- 52.5-70kg: 2 tablets
It is recommended that the product is not used in dogs during the first 4 weeks of pregnancy. Do not exceed the stated does when treating pregnant bitches. The chewable tablets may be used during lactation.
Deworming frequency:
Veterinary experts recommend deworming dogs at least every 3 months. However, more frequent treatment may be recommended depending on the dog’s age and lifestyle:
- for dogs living with children, pregnant women and older people – deworm monthly
- for weaned puppies up to six months of age – deworm monthly
- for a dog that has had a flea infestation – treat for tapeworms
