Online cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order and get a full refund, you can do this by going to ‘My Account’ and ‘Orders History’, select ‘View Order’ and select the grey ‘Cancel’ button in the top right hand corner. This will cancel the entire order and a refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note, you can only cancel your order if it has not already been refunded or dispatched.

We encourage you to upload your prescription at point of order or within your account as this makes the whole process run like clockwork and it also helps us dispatch your order promptly. However, if you wish to email it separately quoting your order number please email it to: prescriptions@animeddirect.co.uk. Given our pedigree, we very rarely get these! But, if you find yourself in the situation where you’d like to complain about something we have done (or not done) then we understand and in this regard, we would like to hear from you immediately.
