Frusemide is a loop diuretic that promotes water loss by increasing the amount of water passed in urine. It is used, often in combination therapy, to help manage cases of congestive heart failure and treat associated oedema.

Frusemide is used in cats and dogs, and is available in 20 mg or 40 mg tablets.
